2019 Unity Point Health Wellmobile

Hollis Park District’s Recreation Center welcomes you to join us for free Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Spirometry with our upcoming Unity Point Health Wellmobile visits.
Know your numbers and be proactive with your health!
Blood glucose (sugar), cholesterol, blood pressure, and spirometry are included in these screenings.
These screenings are free and open to the public. No appointment is necessary - it is a first-come, first-served basis. Screenings do not begin until time indicated.

Requirements
  • An 8-12 hour fast is required for the cholesterol/glucose portion of the screening.
  • It is recommended to drink 16oz of water prior to your screening.
  • Take medications as prescribed.
