Judo  classes offer fitness, fun and self-confidence.   Our instructor George Weers is a black belt 7th degree, who is a certified Master Coach with 50 years of Judo experience.  He has coached at the US Olympic Training Center and the National Judo Institute, directed National Training Camps and has served on the US Judo Association Board of Directors for ten years. Judo uniforms are available through the course instructor.There is a 3% processing fee applied on all credit card payments.

This Low  impact group exercise class is for people of All ages. The aerobic sport of brisk, rhythmic, vigorous walking, intended to improve cardiovascular efficiency, strengthen the heart, control weight gain, and reduce stress. This is a great program for making  friends and having fun!

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. It is a game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport. It can also be quite the challenging, fast-paced, and competitive game when people become more experienced at playing.  Come join the fun!  No experience needed, learn as you play!
