  • HPD Membership Agreement Rec Center Membership Agreement form. For membership pricing please contact the Rec Center at 309-697-2944 press 1. Membership form must be completed and paid for at the Rec Center during staffed hours to become a member.

  • BUTLER HAYNES PAVILION RENTAL AGREEMENT The Butler Haynes Pavilion Rental Agreement. Cost is $25 an hour with a separate key deposit of $25.00.

  • SHELTER RENTAL AGREEMENT Shelter Rental Agreement for use of outdoor picnic shelters. Shelters available for rent are: Butler Haynes Park (American Heritage, Oz Shelter or Kircher Shelter.); Reader Park Shelter; Reed City Lake Shelter; The Gazebo at the Rec Center cost is $25 for the day and a $25 deposit. Renters must remove all decorations, make sure trash is picked up and return picnic tables to the original set up to have the deposit returned. The Game Room at the Rec Center is available during staffed hours for $25 for 2 hours.
